Soyak;

Since its establishment in 1961, Soyak put various factories and social facility projects into practice. After completing its first housing project in 1970, Soyak started to become known beyond the borders of Turkey with its project in Libya in 1975. Besides these, for the purpose of contributing to the improvement of the sector where it acts and pioneering the generalization of quality awareness, the Company further provided assistance to its 29 suppliers in total to establish ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System within their organizations between the years of 2005 – 2006. Also, within the year of 2006, it supported its 6 suppliers to take part into the National Quality Event. As a result of the works carried out by Soyak in the direction of main objectives such as improving all the business processes within the perfection model, developing the process management system, increasing the productivity in processes, and the enhancing the employee-supplier-customer satisfaction, at the National Quality Awards where it obtained the finalist certificate for two years in succession, Soyak deemed suitable for the National Quality Success Award in 2007. Being the first and the only company who was entitled to obtain this award in the real estate sector, Soyak strengthened its leadership position in the sector.

 Dumankaya;

As one of the significant groups in Turkey, Dumankaya carries out its services with a force derived from its entrenched past, in full respect to the working discipline based on focusing, differentiation, innovation and sustainability. Most experienced as well as most dynamic corporation in the construction sector, Dumankaya has built approximately 7,000 houses on 850,000 sqm area serving thousands of families since its foundation in 1963. Furthermore 5 educational institutions and 18 commercial centers were built by Dumankaya.

 Yeni Teknik Yapı;

Yeni Teknik Yapı (YTY) Engineering, Construction, & Contracting Co. was established in 1995 by two equal shareholders Dr. M. Nezih Erdem . In the first few years, we excelled as a leading quality construction provider. This allowed us to expand into more project management activities. As we gained experience in each of our current lines of business, YTY evolved in its processes and experience.
