BORAX: Solution for Payroll and Employee Management

BorAX that developed on the Microsoft Dynamics AX, regulates basic payroll and personnel transactions that belongs to corporation employee and is suitable for legal legislation. It is an effective and easy to applicable payroll and personnel management application that employees’ assessment transactions, documents and records must be given to public corporations like SSK, Ministry of Labor, İSKUR were formed and were followed up by the system.

BorAX provides achieving reports and transactions to the government in accordance with legislation for corporations’ customer. AX is fully integrated with accounting modules. Also integration with PDKS systems exists. Updating can be done by interfering in datas coming from PDKS systems where it’s needed. Bank transfer files for salary payments can be created.  Employee working at more than one location(business place), branches or departments of workplace information is keeped in a singular database. All employees of payroll and personnel information can be prepared and monitored in the same database consolidated. BorAX is composed of payroll transactions and parts of personnel management. Payroll and Personnel Management can be made with an organic structure by Dynamics AX Human Resources Applications. BorAX is used for Payroll and Personnel transactions and for legal reports on the internet, prints and is used by SSK, Ministry of Labor. Also BorAX is used by Setas Kimya and City’s AVM throughout 2008. As of January 2009, transition BorAX to the alive use is targeted at currently ongoing adaptation of YTY relative to Erdem Holding, Kompozit Kimya, Nezih Ticaret, Agdas, Genpower.
